Fostoria CC is about 20 minutes east of Findlay on the southwest side of Fostoria.

The golf course is a classic, parkland-style layout over relatively flat land with broad fairways defined by old-growth, hardwood, and pine trees. There are numerous ponds and a stream impacting play frequently, with a generous amount of sand traps defending both the landing zones and greens. From the tips it plays to 6,527 yards 71.7/127, course/slope ratings, the white tees are 6,223 yards, 69.9/126. The original nine holes opened in 1916, with an additional 9 holes and redesign by Jack Kidwell in the early 1970s.
