The golf course is a parkland style layout partially through an established residential community along oak tree lined fairways in a scenic setting. The routing is over rolling terrain journeying through small ravines along streams and ponds with minimal sand traps. There's four sets of tees from 5,005 yards to 6,654 yards at the tips, 72.9/140, course/slope ratings, designed by Walter Wince and Bob Baldock.
