Green Acres is located within a residential neighborhood a few miles west of Kokomo.

The golf course is a challenging layout that flows naturally along the land bisected by Wildcat Creek. It's a parkland design moving through the surrounding woods and farm fields with OB, multiple water features, and sand bunkers as the primary impediments to par. The course was designed by Robert Simmons in the 1960s and, from the tips, is 6,767 yards, par 72, 72.8/129, course/slope ratings with multiple shorter tees.
