The Greens at Deerfield is about an hour north of Knoxville off I-75 at exit 134 at Caryville etched into a forest with views of Norris Lake.

The layout is challenging due to the nature of the hilly and narrow, tree lined fairways rarely producing a level lie along with several water hazards and a moderate use of sand traps. The course is a Bobby Clampett design of 6,716 yards from the gold tees, 72.8/131, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees.
