Grey Hawk is located in the far southwest suburbs of Cleveland west of Brunswick/Strongsville within a residential development.

The course features several holes which run though heavily wooded areas while the balance are open, links-style along mounded fairways and 80+ sand bunkers including a green surrounded by sand. Additionally, the golf course is littered with ponds and small lakes including an island green. It was designed by von Hagge in 2004 and is 7,079 yards, 74.3/137, course/slope ratings from the tips with four shorter tees.
