Hampton Country Club is a 9-hole layout located about 30 minutes south of Mason City and an hour northwest of Waterloo.

The course is a classic parkland layout from the early 1900s, with fairways defined by trees. It has postage stamp-sized greens, and half of the holes are doglegs, so it's useful to shape the ball a bit off the tee and possess a sharp, short game. It's 3,271 yards from the tips, for a par of 37, 35.2/125, course/slope ratings with two shorter tes.
