Heart River is a municipal golf course located in western North Dakota off I-94 on the southwest side of Dickinson.

The golf course is a parkland layout on the south shore of Patterson Lake with the River snaking through the backside. The uphill and rolling front nine wanders through the prairie on a bluff overlooking the River and Patterson Lake while the back nine journeys through a valley along tree lined fairways. It has a total length of 6,652 yards, 70.8/125, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Rees Jones.
