Heatherhurst is part of the Fairfield Glades development with two 18 hole championship courses located on the north side of the community west of Lake Dartmoor.

Both layouts are similar as they march along rolling and sloping, tree lined fairways with a blend of straightforward holes and slight and dramatic doglegs. There's a generous amount of conventional sand bunkers defending the fairways and greens with several water features in play including one green set on the Lake. The Brae plays to 6,499 yards, 71.0/127, course/slope ratings from the tips with four shorter tees. The Crag Course is 6,171 yards, par 72, 69.4/130, course/slope ratings from the tips with four shorter tees, designed by Gary Roger Baird.
