Heaven on Earth Golf Course is a 9-hole, par 3 layout located an arduous 1.5-hour journey from Great Falls down the Smith River Canyon. It's also possible and probably more enjoyable to reach the golf course by float trip down the river.

The golf course is a rudimentary layout set on the Smith River within the Heaven On Earth Ranch, a working cattle ranch and outfitters. The setting is stunning, surrounded by canyon walls, and the longest hole is just 145 yards. In addition to golf, there's trout fishing on the river and in the adjacent streams, horseback riding, wagon rides, tepee campouts, and target shooting.
