Heritage Hills is on the west side of Moberly, off US 24 at on Highway JJ.

The golf course is a traditional layout with broad, tree-lined fairways over rolling terrain. In terms of hazards, Collier Branch traverses the southern 1/3 of the course, and several small ponds and sand bunkers defend the greens. From the tips, it's 6,236 yards, 69.7/116, course/slope ratings, with three shorter tees.
