Hidden Valley is 15 minutes southwest of Pottsville just northwest of Friedensburg in the country surrounded by farmland and forests.

The golf course is a traditional layout trekking along tree lined fairways over hilly terrain with numerous water hazards and sand bunkers defending the fairways and greens. It's located in a scenic setting in the valley with the Weiser State Forest and a mountain looming over the course to the north. The golf course was designed by James Harrison and from the tips it's 6,259 yards, 70.9/124 course and slope ratings with two shorter sets of tees.
