The Highlands is a municipal golf course is on the northeast side of the airport in Lincoln on 12th Street.

The layout is a modern, mostly treeless links-style design with some of the more interesting driving angles and strategies off the tee you will find in Lincoln. There's water in play on a few holes and it's well bunkered, especially around the wildly undulating greens, which are the course's main defense. It can play to 7,021 yards from the tips, 73.8/128, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Jeff Brauer.
