Holiday Island CC is an hour east of Bentonville on the north side of Eureka Springs.

The course winds along narrow, tree lined fairways within a residential development and is a shot maker's layout. The course moves over rolling contours with several water hazards in play and sand traps defending most of the greens. The course was designed by John Allen in the 1970s and is short by today's standards playing at only 6,059 yards from the tips with a par of 70, 69.3/120, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
