Horn Rapids is north of Richland on Rt 240 within a residential development.

The golf course is referred to as a desert design since off the fairways it's desert-like waste areas and scrub brush, but it has more of an open links feel to it overall. There's several water hazards in play as well as sand bunkers along the fairways and securing the greens. It's an entertaining and challenging Keith Foster design which opened in the mid 90s, and plays to 7,060 yards from the tips, 73.9/139, course/slope ratings with five shorter tees.
