Island Hills Golf Club is on the west shore of Lake Templene, a 1,000 acre man-made lake near Centreville in the heart of Michigan’s Amish country between Chicago and Detroit ten miles east of Three Rivers.

The course marches over a roomy, 220 acres of hilly, forested land along unique and isolated fairways with a memorable closing stretch of holes. The layout features constantly changing terrain along a blend of parkland and links style elements with several water hazards and an array of sculptured sand traps positioned along the fairways and defending the greens. The course was designed by Raymond Hearn and plays to 7,074 yards from the tips, 73.9/135, course/slope with five shorter tees.
