Jackson National is located on the north side of I-40 between at exit 85 north to Henderson Road then right.

The course is a parkland layout over rolling topography along old growth, hardwood tree lined fairways. There's streams along the east and west borders, several ponds, and sand bunkers sparingly positioned along the landing zones and greens. It's somewhat unique in that it has five par 3s and five par 5s providing ample scoring opportunities. There's four tees from 4,917 yards to 7,011 yards, the Gold tees are at 6,424 yards, 71.1/130, course/slope ratings, originally designed by George Curtis with a redesign by Jim Lipe.
