Kinderlou Forest is in a residential community on the west side of Valdosta off I-75 a mile to the west on US 221/84.

The course is over slightly rolling terrain with a mix of parkland style holes through the woods in addition to those which are link-style through open meadows. It's well bunkered around the greens and landing zones and there's water hazards in play on four holes, but no forced carries. There's five sets of tees overall with the middle, Blue tees playing to 6,471 yards, 71.0/125, course/slope ratings, designed by Davis Love III.
