KN is located 35 miles southeast of Memphis, thirty minutes north of Oxford, and an hour east of Tunica in Holly Springs in The Hills Region.

The course layout is over land with major elevation change through wooded ravines with lakes and streams along the narrow tree lined fairways. There's a few blinds shots, the fairways are bordered by heavy rough, and the greens quick and undulating. It was designed by Greg Conner and plays to 7,139 yards, 75.0/143, course/slope rating with three shorter tee boxes.
