The layout winds through a developing residential development along fairways carved through live oaks and mesquite groves over rolling topography in a Signature facility with Audubon International. It can play to 6,572 yards, 71.8/131, course/slope ratings off the back tees with three shorter tees, designed by Gary Stephenson.
