The Lake Panorama National Golf Course is an hour west of Des Moines, set on a peninsula on Lake Panorama.

The golf course is a parkland layout winding along tree-lined fairways over slightly rolling terrain. Seven holes feature water hazards, and a moderate number of sand bunkers surround many of the greens. Four sets of tees, with the white tees playing to 6,185 yards, 70.8/125, course/slope ratings, designed by Richard Watson.
