Lakeview has 36 holes of golf off I-81 to the east in Harrisonburg in the Shenandoah Valley flowing through a scenic, parkland setting surrounded by mountains without much in the way homes or development along the holes.

The four nine hole layouts are parkland style designs appropriately named for their particular features. They're all entertaining and challenging courses with varying degrees of elevation change along fairways defined by trees. There's streams and a pond in play and sand bunkers line the fairways and defend the greens. They were designed by Ault Clark with five sets of tees overall, the Spring nine is 3,321 yards, 36.1/122, course/slope ratings from the tips; Mountain, 3,551 yards, 38.7/142; Peak, 3,321 yards, 35.9/130; Lake, 3,179 yards, 35.4/126.
