The Lakewood CC is south of I-195 off US 9 to the west on County Line Road.

The layout ambles along broad and contoured, fairways over level topography with stands of mature hardwoods and pines at the margins. It's a classic layout from the early 1900s with an endless variety of sand bunkers including pot, conventional, and sandy waste ares with water features on just a few holes. It will play to 6,566 yards, 70.2/126, course/slope ratings off the back tees with two shorter tees, designed by Walter Travis.
