Lakewood on the Green is on the southwest side of Cadillac off MI 55 to the south.

The course is routed through a heavily forested tract of land with several holes bordering a small lake. It's challenging with narrow fairways corridors, deep rough and vegetation just off, sand bunkers, and multiple water features. tt can play to 6,085 yards, 70.3/136, course/slope ratings off the tips with two shorter tees, designed by Norm and Pete Smith.
