The Lewistown Country Club is 45 minutes south of State College on the south side of Lewistown off US 22 in a scenic setting bordering the Juniata River surrounded by mountains.

The golf course is a parkland design moving along slightly rolling, tree lined fairways with multiple water hazards and a generous amount of sand bunkers at the landing areas and guarding the greens. The initial 9 holes here were designed by Donald Ross in the 1940s with the second 9 added in 1974 by Ault Clark. It plays to 6,524 yards from the White tees, 72.0/129, course/slope ratings.
