Lincoln Park West is north of downtown OKCY at the NE 36th St exit 131 off I-35, with two 18-hole championship courses operated and owned by the City.
Both layouts are parkland-style designs winding along oak tree-lined fairways over a slight change in elevation with a moderate amount of sand bunkers in addition to a stream and multiple ponds in play. The West course is the more challenging of the two courses and has been the tournament venue for the PGA Tour, state-level amateurs, and collegiate events over the years. The West is 6,576 yards from the tips, 72,2/131, course/slope ratings. The East course is 6,420 yards from the tips, 70.0/120, with three shorter tees. The courses opened in the 1920s & 30s and were originally designed by Arthur J Jackson, with Floyd Farley redesigning the West in 1965 with additional design work by Randy Heckenkemper.
