Ivy Ridge is 20 minutes east of Buffalo in the Clarence/Akron area, just off Main Street.

The layout is an open, links-type design that journeys over mounded fairways bordered by tall fescue grasses. It has a generous number of sand bunkers along the fairways and defending the greens and water hazards on over half the holes. It was designed by Don Nicholas and Blane Harrison. From the back tees, it is 7,002 yards, 73.8/129, course/slope ratings, with three shorter sets of tees.
