The Links at Mulberry Hill is located 7 miles east of Edenton in a picturesque setting on the north side of the Albemarle Sound.

The golf course is a classic, parkland style layout over level terrain with trees lining the fairways and streams or lakes in play on all but two holes. There's small postage stamps greens on the front while the backside's are generous by comparison, both moderately guarded by sand traps. It's a challenging, shot maker's layout playing to 6,483 yards 71.8/136, course/slope ratings from the tips, but from the whites it's 5,936 yards 69.5/125 course and slope ratings with two shorter tees, an Ellis Maples design.
