Little Fishing Creek is located on the west side of Milledgeville about 30 minutes northeast of Macon.

The golf course is a compact, parkland layout ambling along tree lined and sloping, fairways with doglegs left and right, sand bunkers mostly greenside, multiple water hazards, and modest greens tucked into coves. It's a Gary Player design which plays to 6,718 yards from the tips with 72.1/127, course/slope ratings and two shorter tees.
