Madrona is on the south side of Gig Harbor off WA 16 at exit 9 on the west side of the highway.

Madrona Links is a bit of a misnomer as it isn't really a classic, links design, but a compact, parkland style layout along confining, tree lined fairways separating each hole and sand bunkers primarily guarding the contoured greens. It plays to 5,602 yards, par of 71, 65.7/111, course/slope ratings from the tips with two shorter tees, designed by Ken Tyson.
