Manor Resort Golf Club is located off Route 15 four miles south of downtown Farmville.

The layout journeys over a large tract of rolling, forested terrain and was constructed with minimal impact on the land. It's a challenging track from tee to green as it is littered with creeks, lakes, ponds, and wetlands on 16 holes and 50+ sand bunkers. There's five sets of tees with it playing to 7,245 yards from the back markers, 75.1/144, course/slope ratings, designed by Rick Robbins.
