Marias Valley is a little over an hour north of Great Falls on the south side of Shelby at exit 358 off I-15.

The golf course treks along cottonwood tree lined fairways on the Marias River's bluffs with numerous water hazards especially on the back side and minimal sand bunkers mostly guarding the greens. The course has been around since the 1960s with the original 9 holes designed by Norman Woods, the second nine by Lin Storti, and from the tips can play to 6,784 yards, 71.2/125, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
