Medicine Hole Golf Course is a nine golf course in Killdeer 36 miles north of Dickinson off I-94.

It's a wide open layout with prairie grass lining the mounded fairways providing endless views of the Killdeer Mountains, the Battlefield, and the surrounding grasslands. The course, named after a cave in the Killdeer Mountains, has an impressive change in elevation, water on two holes, and is entertaining overall. It plays to 3,290 yards, 35.8/116, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Jim Engh.
