Memorial is on the east side of Kenton on Franklin Street in a natural setting surrounded by farmland and forest in Veterans Memorial Park.

The golf course ambles along broad and narrow, tree-lined corridors over gently rolling contours. Its southern five holes are bisected by the Scioto River, with multiple assorted ponds dotting the balance of the layout, but a sparing use of sand bunkers, typically greenside. It will play to 6,344 yards, 70.3/124, course/slope ratings off the back tees with three shorter tees.
