Mill Creek is on the southwest side of Rochester in Churchville, off the NY Thruway between the exits for I-390 and I-490.

The layout traverses a large, hilly tract of land, which is one of the higher points in Monroe County, with the Rochester city skyline and the foothills around the Finger Lakes to the south in view. It tours broad, fescue-lined fairways with stands or corridors of trees at the borders. Additionally, there are several ponds in play and an assortment of sand bunkers defending the landing zones off the tee and the generous, green complexes. It was designed by Raymond Hearn and Paul Albanese, and from the tips, it's 6,962 yards, 72.9/132, course/slope ratings, and 4 other sets of tees.
