Millsite is about 40 minutes north of I-70 at exit 91 near the Manti-La Sal National Forest.

The golf course moves along a natural desert setting over a large tract of land with unique and isolated fairways adjoining the Millsite Reservoir and State Park in the Castle Valley. The holes trek through canyons and along a waterfall at the base of the dam, navigating numerous slight doglegs. The par 3, 7th is rated one of the top 18 in the State of Utah! The golf course was designed by Scott Truman and plays to 6,402 yards, 70.1/123 course/slope ratings from the tips, with two shorter tees.
