The golf course is part of the Mojave Resort south of Laughlin partially within a residential development on the west bank of the Colorado River in a scenic setting surrounded by desert and mountains.

It's a challenging layout exposed to the elements with an array of sand bunkers and sandy waste areas along the fairways and guarding the generous greens and multiple water hazards in play. From the tips it's 6,939 yards, 73.6/136, course/slope rating with five shorter tees and designed by Brian Curley and Lee Schmidt in 1997.
