Mount Massive is a nine hole golf course on the west side of Leadville. It is the highest golf course in the US at an elevation of 10,152 feet and sitting in the Arkansas River Valley near the headwaters surrounded by the tallest mountains in the state.

The course is bordered by ranchland and carved through a forest with a combination of narrow and open fairway corridors with several ponds, and sand bunkers defending some of the greens. It's 6,117 yards from the back tees for 18 holes, 68.0/120, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees.
