Nevel Meade is on the northeast side of Louisville off I-71 at exit 14 then north to the course.

The golf course is a links-style design and wide open off the tee, gallivanting over rolling hills along heather and sand bunker-lined fairways with trees at the borders. It was designed by Steve Smyers, and from the back, the tees is 6,956 yards, 72.9/125, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
