Nevel Meade is on the northeast side of Louisville off I-71 at exit 14 then north to the course.

The golf course is a links-style design and wide open off the tee gallivanting over rolling hills along heather and sand bunker lined fairways with trees at the borders. It was designed by Steve Smyers and from the back tees is 6,956 yards, 72.9/125, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
