Nippo Lake Golf Club is 10 miles southwest of Rochester just off US 202 to the west on the north side of Nippo Lake south of the Isinglass River overlooking the Blue Hills Range.

The layout is a parkland design carved out of a forest of hardwoods along fairways defined by trees. There's a modest amount of sand bunkers in play and numerous water hazards with a generally level front nine while the backside gains in elevation and character. It's a par 70 layout with design work by both Phil Wogan and George Sargent over the years with three sets of tees, the tips play to 5,594 yards, 66.5/121, course/slope ratings.
