North Links is northwest of Mankato off US 14 at 520th Street surrounded by farmland and forests.

The layout is mostly wide open off the tee over level land with scattered trees lining the fairways, 30 sand bunkers, and numerous water hazards. It has four sets of tees and from from the tips it's 6,133 yards, 69.5/117, course/slope ratings, designed by Patrick Wyss.
