Save for a scattering of homes along the course, it's set in a natural setting with a variety of open and tree-lined fairways over rolling hills and flat terrain, with a lake, ponds, and Little Bear Creek frequently in play. It was designed and built by Tracy and Brian Scott on the family property in the mid-1990s. It has four sets of tees ranging from 4,779 yards to 6,629 yards at the tips, 71.4/127 course/slope ratings.
