Oak Harbor's on the east side of Lake Pontchartrain in Slidell off exit 261 of I-10.

The golf course winds through a residential community over level terrain with scattered or stands of trees at the fairways' margins and is open to the constant breezes from the Lake. It's a faux-links layout over mounded fairways with water in play on 14 holes and well bunkered landing zones and greens. From the tips it's 6,897 yards, 73.6/143, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Lee Schmidt.
