Oak Quarry is located northwest of downtown Riverside off the 60 Freeway at Valley Way and Sierra in primarily a natural tract of land.

The golf course was developed out of the former Jensen Quarry on a large tract of land with isolated fairway corridors along unique rock formations. The layout is challenging with the fairways bordered by natural areas, water hazards, and sand bunkers over a varying degrees of elevation change in a scenic setting overall. From the tips it's 7,002 yards, 73.9/137, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Brian Curley, Lee E. Schmidt, and Dr. Gil Morgan.
