Oak Quarry is located northwest of downtown Riverside off the 60 Freeway at Valley Way and Sierra in primarily a natural tract of land.

The golf course was developed out of the former Jensen Quarry on a large tract of land with isolated fairway corridors along unique rock formations. The layout is challenging with the fairways bordered by natural areas, water hazards, and sand bunkers over varying degrees of elevation change in a scenic setting overall. From the tips, it's 7,002 yards, 73.9/137, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, designed by Brian Curley, Lee E. Schmidt, and Dr. Gil Morgan.
