The University of Mississippi Golf Course is located on the north side of the Oxford Airport.

The golf course is a parkland-style layout with mostly tree-lined fairways, water in the form of streams or lakes on all but six holes, and well-bunked fairways and greens. It was originally designed by Dr. Cary Middlecoff in 1973 and redesigned by Nathan Crace. It plays to 7,035 yards from the tips, has 73.3/125 course/slope ratings, and has three shorter tees.
