The Oregon City Club is 30 minutes south of downtown Portland off the I-205 to Cascade Highway then south on Beavercreek.
The golf course a classic, NW layout with fir and pine trees lining all the fairways over level terrain on a compact tract of land. There's water on just a couple of holes, an interesting set of par 3s, and multiple drivable par 4s along with a par 5 which may be reachable in two. It's a short layout with the original 9 holes from the 1920s designed by Howard Beals and R. G. Seon, the second nine in the early 1960s by Joe Herberger. It's just 5,872 yards from the back tees, 68.2/116, course/slope ratings with two shorter tees.
