The Overland Golf Course is just off I-90 at exit 370, south of the Crazy Mountains on the east side of Big Timber, midway between Livingston and Columbus.

The golf course is a 9-hole parkland layout with scattered trees lining the fairways over the level lowland of the Boulder River. There is a stream along the northern border and a large pond, a handful of sand traps, OB, slight doglegs, and modest, oval greens. It can play to 3,407 yards, 35.7/127, course/slope ratings from the tips with three shorter sets of tees and a completely different set for the second nine.
