Owl's Nest is about an hour north of Concord off I-93 at Exit 29 just east of the exit ramp in a residential resort development on the south side of the Pemigewasset River.

The course provides a combination of holes, some open, links-style, and others through meadows, while others are tree-lined with moderate elevation changes. There are numerous slight doglegs, the fairways and greens are well bunkered, and six holes have water in play. The course is 6,818 yards off the rear tees, 73.3/133, course/slope ratings with four shorter tees, designed by Mark Mungeam in 1988 with a Jack Nicklaus redesign.
