Palmer Hills is southeast of Bettendorf off exit 3 of I-74 at Middle Road.

The golf course is a traditional layout winding along tree lined fairways over rolling topography with water hazards and sand traps in play along the landing areas and greenside. It was designed by William Spear in the 1970s and from the tips can play to 6,581 yards, 72.0/131, course/slope ratings with three shorter sets of tees down to 5,341 yards.
