Palmetto-Pine CC is located west on Veterans Memorial at Skyline to the north in the middle of Cape Coral and surrounded by homesites on the exterior holes.

The golf course is a parkland layout with native trees along the fairways, half of holes with water hazards in play, and moderately well bunkered along the fairways and greens. It plays to 6,590 yards from the back tees, 71.3/124, course/slope ratings, the white tees are 6,150 yards, 69.3/120 with three shorter tees, designed by Arthur Hills.
