Patricia Island is located in a residential development on the east side of the Grand Lake of the Cherokees in northeastern Oklahoma.

The golf course is a parkland style of design journeying along tree lined fairways with numerous water hazards and a moderate amount of sand bunkers over relatively level terrain. It was designed by Tripp Davis in the late 1990s and plays to 6,806 yards from the gold tees, 72.2/122, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees.
